Let’s change perceptions together
Xerox sells printers, copiers and paper, right? Well it does; but that’s not close to all it does. The company is working hard to change perceptions and widen the market’s awareness of its credentials in business process services, content management, and workflow automation. A survey on enterprise approaches to big data, conducted for Xerox Europe by Forrester Consulting, was part of this work.
It was hugely important to Xerox to tell the right story off the back of the research; so they turned to HN. The resulting 28-page report was launched at a media event at Xerox Research Centre Europe in Grenoble, France. It was well covered in the target media, with 72% of the coverage hitting key Xerox messages, and coverage continued for months after publication. The report included articles bylined to Xerox experts whose views we captured, and this resulted in invitations to speak at events and an interview for a piece in forbes.com.
Both the paper and the infographic we produced were also quickly taken up by the Xerox global corporate comms team and showcased on xerox.com.
