- To create an online video suite of modules to replace face to face retail customer service training
- Recorded content from a trainer in Dubai… Transcribed, edited and storyboarded, ready for production
- Mark Copeman selected to present the modules as he is independent from the organisation
- Post-production to storyboard, weaving in video, animation and stills to engage learners
- All on-screen text showed English and Arabic character sets
- Subtitling advice provided using SRT files for final streaming via VimeoPlus.
