Putting forward their vision for SaaS

Software as a service (SaaS) was becoming an increasingly popular way of delivering applications (…and still is, of course) and one that the local government sector was just starting to investigate when we were approached to write an article on the topic.

The article was commissioned by CAPS Solutions, a local government software provider, and was intended for readers of Focus, the magazine of SOLACE, the body representing senior strategic managers in local government.

Written expressly to put forward their opinions on and promote their capabilities in SaaS, we successfully trod the line between educating and promoting the concept.
