Carbon Black wanted a series of trade show booth videos that would help them stand out from the crowd. The challenge was that their ideal subject was only arriving into the UK 24 hours before the event began – and already had a full schedule. Having been consistently impressed with the speed and quality of our work for them, in other content formats, they turned to us for help.
With no time to waste, we quickly agreed on a digital background for the videos, and finalised the scripts. On the morning before the show, our mobile green screen was ready and waiting for Carbon Black’s security strategist, in our offices near London to capture his performance. Three hours later, they were on their way to the show with the finalised footage on a USB stick – possibly the fastest we’ve ever produced a video!
Additionally, in true HN fashion, we set ourselves the challenge of helping Carbon Black drive as much value from the shoot as possible. Through accurate planning and the efficiency of our video team, we were able to not only capture the footage needed for the trade show, but also half a dozen supplementary clips for Carbon Black’s other content initiatives.
In all, Carbon Black were delighted with the end result – and the videos we made have since been used at other events in the Asia-Pacific region.
