NTT Europe recognised that its sales teams needed help to convey solution benefits to prospective customers. With a lead-generation campaign for its data centre services imminent, the pressure was on to produce sales-support assets that would capitalise on the results that the campaign would bring. Having worked with HN before, NTT Europe’s marketing manager knew we could be trusted to deliver.
A closer look at the existing collateral revealed that although there was an abundance of product flyers and other messaging material, the job of mapping the solution attributes to customer challenges hadn’t been addressed. HN stepped up to the mark, conducting interviews with NTT Europe’s experts to dig for insight and solution benefits. We presented this information in a succinct and appealing format which spoke directly to customers about what was important to them and how NTT Europe could help.
Creating this new tier of collateral wasn’t without its challenges, since we were breaking new ground and brand guidelines still had to be met, but the new style brochure format proved such a hit for the data centre services campaign that it’s now been applied to other solution sets too.
The new suite of brochures is providing valuable support for campaigns, at trade shows and as downloads from the website, helping NTTE prospects understand the benefits they can achieve working with this world-class organisation.
