VTSL know that once customers have tasted their service they’ll want to come back for more. We uncovered evidence of this when we ran an insight and messaging workshop for VTSL; their customers view them as highly reliable and flexible and worthy of their trust. These are great qualities that are often only realised when the decision to become a customer has been made. We wanted to help the VTSL sales team communicate these qualities to prospective customers, and what better way to do that than to harness the power of customer case studies?
We interviewed a selection of the small-business owners who rely on VTSL and captured their testimony. Then, working with the established company identity, we devised an easy to navigate ebook packed with stories about how their innovative cloud communications solutions were delivering significant business benefits.
The ebook has gone down a storm and is now playing a vital role supporting new business campaigns.
