We help Lumesse (formerly StepStone Solutions) to spread the word about the benefits of their specialised software solutions.

Merck is one of many businesses around the world that use Lumesse talent management solutions to manage the employee lifecycle more consistently and cost-effectively; we’ve worked with Lumesse to improve the process of gaining insight into how customers such as Merck achieve their goals through better talent management — and to capture this in the stories we tell.

We’ve also helped Lumesse make better use of their references. Along with story development for Lumesse’s case studies we produce sales and bid-support summary versions in the form of PowerPoint slides.

Both of these are posted to an online reference repository (the Lumesse reference search tool), which we conceived, designed and built to help make these assets more accessible. Lumesse staff can search by keyword, or use specific search criteria such as country or sector, to find references to support their sales activity.
