Content that generates excitement
Launching a new and improved version of your product isn’t a simple case of making as much noise as possible about the product; it’s also about creating a sense of urgency and excitement around the business challenge (or challenges) that your product solves. When global ERP software provider Epicor came to us to help promote the latest version of their ERP software, that was exactly what we did.
We created an ebook and a VideoScribe which, rather than going on and on about the product, talked about the issues the product is designed to address (in this case, the need for increased responsiveness in the manufacturing industry) and how the right ERP system can help fix those issues.
With an email campaign we created to support the assets as well, Epicor was set to create interest and excitement around responsiveness. They were so pleased with the results that they asked us to work on a follow-up series of ebooks.
